This mid century beauty features a tan color wool with a lighter tan sateen lining. There are pockets for your hands on either side of the square pocket shown; those are false pocket flaps. The coat comes with a belt as shown.
The 1950's Peabody ladies coat is in very good condition without stains, fading, or discoloration on the body; the pocket on the right has a hole at the bottom and does need to repaired, lest your belongings fall in to the lining of the coat.
Unlike many ladies coats of the era, this coat's simple design and understated colors make it a fashionable choice even today!
The shoulder width, sleeve seam to sleeve seam is 16 1/2" across.
The sleeve length, from shoulder seam to cuff, is 22 1/2" long.
