This version of the TV Game Show classic was released in 1986 by American Publishing Corp and was an instant success.

The game introduced Quizzard - the electronic brain of the game - as the buzzer "contestants" would have to hit to be the first to answer the myriad questions posed by the "host."

Good clean fun for ages 10 to 100+.

Vintage Sewing Box full of Notions for Under $50.00

Vintage 1979 Sewing Box with Padded Fabric Body and Handle Seeks New Forever Home.

It features a strong basket construction with a handle and padded fabric top and sides. The inside features several compartments and a built in pin cushion. The sewing box belonged to my mother and it is full of stuff - threads, accessories, utilities - as shown. It is free of damage or fading; it is from a pet and smoke free home.

The box measures 10.25" x 10" x 7.5" [26 x 25.4 x 19.1 cm].

The Hummel Gold Christmas Ornament Collection 35 Pieces 1987 - 1988 with Storage Box

This Hummel Gold Christmas Ornament Collection Seeks a New Forever Home.

This is a set of golden ornaments from Hummel. It is the Hummel Golden Christmas Ornament Collection. The set is actually 36 pieces, mailed once per month starting in May of 1987 and ending in December of 1988. Unfortunately, the 36th piece was somehow lost in the mail or otherwise misplaced and never arrived. The set has never been used and has been stored in the original boxes since 1988. 28 of the ornaments are in great condition while 7 of them have curled as was notorious with this ornament set. The curling can be cured with heat, time, and patience. All come with their individual boxes and COAs and the main sturdy storage box is in very good condition as well.

Vintage Galvanized Water Pail, Hose Reel Bucket, Shabby Garden Décor, or a Great Beer Cooler

Vintage Galvanized Metal Rain Bucket Seeks New Forever Home.

This is a galvanized metal bucket. It features a stamped tulip pattern with a bizarre leather-like paint coating. The bucket is the perfect size and shape to use as a hose keeper - coil it right in to the container. This pail would also be excellent as an ice chest for a boat load of cold beer. Consider it as simple decor or a kitschy way of capturing and holding rain water for your plants.

There are literally dozens of ways to upcycle this unique and wonderfully shabby old metal bucket.

It measures 9" tall and has a diameter of 12" [22.9 and 30.5 cm].

Vintage Mid Century Sand-cast Bronze Relief Wall Hanging Round Decorative Plates, Set of 2

This set of 2 very heavy bronze wall sculptures seek a new forever home.

They were sand-cast and crafted by hand in mid-century India, c.1950's. Each has a three dimensional relief of an Asian scene. The reverse has a hanger wire that does not come through the front - these plates can be used as wonderful trays or dishes as well. 

Both pieces are in very good condition without scratches, nicks, or dings; the bronze has some tarnish; we do not deep clean or polish vintage or antique items as this may reduce the inherent value of the item - we leave that decision up to the customer.

Each measures 11 1/8" in diameter [28.3 cm].

Charlies Angels Bubble Gum Trading Cards

I absolutely loved these things. I would collect aluminum cans and bottles, scrimp and save, sweep out the back of the local Napa Auto parts store in the afternoons and on weekends; I even spent my birthday card money to buy as many of these as I could. Once you turn them over they formed a full size picture. It was always a thrill when you got a new piece of the puzzle, and a real bummer when you got a duplicate. I had such a crush on Sabrina but I don't think I was ever able to completely fill in her picture. Kate, if you happen to hear about this, please send me a head-shot!

DQ, The Drive In, and Too Many Kids!

I remember my dad bringing home big bags of burgers, fries, and shakes from DQ  in Carmichael, Ca. on the very occasional drive-in movie nights (typically Thursdays because the car-load of folks was cheapest). We would gorge ourselves like thieves before we left for the movies (as to not need to go to the concessions). The burgers were wrapped in real parchment paper with colorful DQ teardrop dots, the fries came in a small matching bag (grease soaked of course), and the milkshake cups featured Dennis the Menace. Life was good.
